Jen brings extensive experience in nursing home administration and assisted living care to her role leading Canfield Medical Supply. Since taking ownership in March 2025, she has driven the company's shift toward a consultative, patient-centered model. Jen personally conducts monthly outreach to regional competitors to track inventory gaps and maintain a referral network, ensuring every customer gets the right solution, even if that means sending them elsewhere.
